Congratulations!  Kalamazoo Brass knows how much time and effort goes into planning a wedding.  We make hiring your wedding accompaniment simple with unlimited consultations included in each of our customizable packages.

Kalamazoo Brass has a number of wedding packages to fit the needs of any budget.  Each of these packages can be altered slightly to meet your needs.  If you have trouble deciding, or have questions that aren't answered on this page, simply contact us!  We're always available to answer your questions.

The Silver Package - $600

• 10 combined minutes of prelude/postlude music, divided according to your preference (What is a prelude?  What is a postlude?)

• 3 processionals (What is a processional?)

• 2 recessionals (What is a recessional?)

The Gold Package - $650   (Our Most Popular Package!)

• 10 minutes of prelude music

• 3 processionals

• 1 ceremonial accompaniment

• 2 recessionals

• 10 minutes of postlude music

The Platinum Package - $775

• 30 minutes of prelude music

• Unlimited processionals

• Unlimited recessionals

• Unlimited ceremonial accompaniments

• 10 minutes of postlude music

The Diamond Package - $975

• 30 minutes of prelude music

• Unlimited processionals

• Unlimited recessionals

• Unlimited ceremonial accompaniments

• 1 customized arrangement of any song not in our repertoire (limited to 3 minutes)

• 30 minutes postlude music

For weddings outside of 25 miles from downtown Kalamazoo, an additional mileage fee will apply.  We calculate distance using Mapquest.com from the Kalamazoo Court House.

What happens when I call Kalamazoo Brass to play for my wedding?

When you contact us, we will ask you for the following information so we can help you decide which package will best fit your needs.

1. When and where will your wedding be held?

2. How long do you expect the wedding to last?

3. How many people will be in your wedding party?

4. Do you have a reflective moment during your ceremony when you'd like music to be played?

5. Do you want music to be played before the wedding ceremony begins?

6. Do you want music to be played after the wedding ceremony ends?

7. Would you like Kalamazoo Brass to provide a unique, personalized arrangement of a special song during your wedding ceremony?
